Instructions for Use
- Pull tab to remove wrapper from the pen needle
- Attach the pen needle to insulin delivery pen (Blood Lancet Device). Twist to secure.
- Remove the outer cover from pen
- Remove the inner cover from pen needle and follow manufacturer’s guidelines for insulin injection.
- Recap pen needle to the insulin delivery pen (Blood Lancet Pen ).
- Discard pen needle in an appropriate sharps container.
